The death of magic

When one thinks of magic, one thinks of wizards, mages, broomsticks, wands, and the like.

But magic in it's purest form is much more beautiful than all that. The word "Magic" originates from the Greek word Maia - which could be "mother" which in turn conjures imagery of creation.

That is what magic is! Creation. We create things every day and every second. You can conjure up images in your mind, you can compose music, write novels, have conversations. In effect, making things appear that weren't there!

Science and Magic are often depicted as mutually exclusive, when in reality, they are essentially the same. Weaving the fabrics of the universe to do things they would not without our interference. The results of the magic of man can be felt and seen everywhere: The Moon Landing, The Internet, Computers, Motor Vehicles, etc. but we pay them no mind. We're used to it. And so, we have killed magic.

So I beseech you all to reignite your curiosity, grab your magic wands and do some wizardry. Let's bring magic back from the dead.
